As the endurance series is coming up again this year we decided to strip the IL200 sequential apart to inspect it before the endurance races later in the year. While it is apart we decided to add an oil spray rail over the gears and dog rings, this is to try and reduce oil temps that could be experienced in longer races. As we run an oil pump and cooler anyway the thought was it would be better to return the cool oil closer to where it is needed rather than just pouring in the top of the gearbox.
We have also upgraded the drop gear bearings to a larger size to increase the load rating as the engine is now putting out quite good HP and we have also gone to a wider tire to increase rear end grip.
Ask inGear Performance or Elite Racing Transmissions if this bearing modification is right for you!
